Can't creat BTID

My broadband installed 16 April 2024, and I’ve tried to create a BT ID but it says we are having issues try again later for every time. I found that someone also had the same problem before and finally solved, Please help. Thanks.

Yes Im having the same problem. My account is only 14 hours old and already im regretting the descision to join BT, This is a VERY bad start for new customers.

Are you getting a specific error message when you're trying to set it up? Have you ever had an account with the same username in the past?

Hi Daniel,

This is my first time using BT broadband and I haven't create any BT ID before.

Also the system was automatically fill-in my email address as user name.
