Despite being promised a returns bag would be sent out I've received nothing. I ordered "another" one via my oline account over a week ago and still haven't received anything. It seems this is a common problem! How do I get a bag to return my router so I don't get charged? Thanks
i have the exact same problem, needing to return a faulty tv box, just requested again. Not sure why they don't send them out when sending out replacements? or even give the option to print a returns label.
