Cancelling

Good Afternoon

I am out of contract now however I thought there would be a way to cancel online like most companies do as standard or even write an email requesting to cancel, I've never had an issue just moving home now and will obviously go for a cheaper and better option. 

I am deaf so I cannot call up and speak to someone and I am extremely naive to using relay (Middle person relying my texts to bt). Is there an email address that I can use to cancel my contract? 

I'm never unsure why they have made it just calls only when there are varieties of reasons why people cannot call up..grrr!

I have attempted to try this and just says sorry our messaging team cannot help with this please call.....

not even a relay number! 

 

thank you very much for trying to help however will get my interpreter to call up and hopefully get somewhere.
