I keep getting the email saying my reward card is ready but when I then log in it says I have no reward waiting!?

Hi @Dominique5033 Thanks for posting, I'm sorry about that. Have you got more than one account number associated with your MyBT account? If so you need to ensure you're choosing the correct one from the drop-down list before claiming. Let me know if that helps.
