My legal name is spelled Katherine and on my account the person who first helped me set it up spelled it Kathryn. I called BT support who stated they fixed the spelling but one week later it is still showing as Kathryn.
Is there any other way besides calling support that I can officially change the spelling of my name?

The billing team will correct any spelling mistakes on an account, ring 150 from a BT mobile or landline or 0800 800 150 from any other network, the change is instant.
