I really need some help. I’ve been on live chat this morning who told me to call a number where I seem to be sitting in a never ending queue. I left BT a few months ago. They told me to return the kit but never sent a returns bag. I requested another one and was eventually sent one. I returned the kit in April and cannot for the life of me find the postage receipt. I’ve received an email stating I have an overdue payment of £50 as the equipment hasn’t been received and it’s going to get marked on my credit file. It’s causing me so much worry and stress.
Can someone help me?

It’s not resolved yet I was told someone would call me back and it hasn’t happened. I’ve now received a letter from a debt collection company. I am so upset by this.
