I’m attempting to claim my gift card for signing up and I just get a blank screen….Arghhh…any suggestions?

Have you set up your BTID as the account holder?
If you're still unable to claim your reward get in touch with us on the 'Message now' option on this page: Broadband | BT Help and one of our guides will claim it for you.

Hi, there was an incentive of Amazon vouchers when I signed up for my broadband, hover I have not received by voucher. I have raised this with customer services twice and I have had the broadband for a couple of months now. Anyone suggest what I should do?
