Complaint

Hi team

i have just been speaking to someone in c/s I have been give notice by my landlord that he is selling and I need to leave my property. Due to my financial situation I’m having to move back with my mum so unable to take services with me , C/S advised I will have to pay an  early termination fee, £468  have asked to raise a complaint but was advised the complaint would be closed and there is no escalation process or option to speak to a manager, please

If you are in contract and you want to close the account for what ever reason and that is not caused by BT you will have to pay early termination fees.

You could do a "house move" and have your contract moved to be at your mothers. If she already has broadband you could have it as your own broadband as an additional line.
