Four weeks ago I rang BT asking for the cost options of adding TV to my current broadband package. I was told that a TV package couldn’t be offered to me as there was a data integrity issue on my account.
After numerous calls to 150 and promises that the problem would be sorted,BT are still unable to offer me a TV deal. I cannot understand why they have been unable to sort this out. Apparently the data records show that I already have a TV package!!
Looks as though I will have to go back to Sky as BT staff cannot tell me when they will be able to offer me a deal.
