I have an active BT account but also an old, closed, account.
The old account is still showing up when I log in alongside my active account and is making management and navigation difficult - can it be deleted please?

On login I am now informed that there are now NO account details associated with my login so it looks to be broken.

I'd like to understand what is happening here.
As requested I have logged in again today and there are still no account details associated with my login.
I'm now getting security alerts about my password being changed which I have responded to.
I also can't access my BT sport account - it is locked.
This was very simple request to delete an old redundant account and leave in place my current, active account - how/why is it taking so long and going so wrong!?
