Delete old account

Hi, 

I have an old account that keeps defaulting on the website.

Is it possible to have it removed so that I can access the details and features of my new account please?

Hi @davemarks and @Everclear1973 , sorry your BTID is defaulting to an old account. 

The quickest way of fixing this is to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and it will work ok. 

If you don't have another email address you can use I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll raise the request to get the current BTID fixed. This can take a week or more to be completed currently.

Hi @davemarks, have you had a chance to set up the BTID again since I deleted the old profiles and if so is it working ok now?

All set now John - thanks so much for your help with that. 

I was able to pay my bill and will set up a DD shortly. 

Not seeing my Game Pass access showing up, but I'll check that again tomorrow and see if it comes into play now that the ID is working.

@davemarks Thanks for the update, the Game Pass normally shows up 24 to 48 hours after the bill is paid. @JohnC2 will be back in the office this afternoon and I'll make sure to pass on your message.

Hi @davemarks, thanks for the update and as Neil has said it can take up to 48hrs to appear. 
Make sure you are checking on a web browser and not the app as it won't show there.
