Need to delete old bt account as can’t veiw my new account properly as old one is dominant. Help please

Hi @fenn1, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.
I'm sorry that the old account is causing this issue with viewing your new account. You can set up the BTID with another email address, that you've not used as a BTID before and it will work ok.
If you don't have another email address you can use then we usually delete the current BTID for you and you can set it up again later that day. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team for help resolving this.

Thanks for letting me know this is sorted. Just for info we had to delete the BTiD so it could be set up again which took a little longer than expected, but we got there in the end.
