Deleting old account

Hi,

I need an old account deleting as it seems to be stopping me from placing any orders.  I've been trying to add the £6 BT TV offer.  My account is showing as my current account but at some point through the process it's switching to my old account.

I tried talking to someone on live chat tonight but they couldn't solve it either.

Can anyone help please. The thought of phoning someone is triggering my anxiety.  Also is there a way of registering as a vulnerable person, I have mental health issues which are quite severe.

Thank you for posting. If you send me your details, I'll be able to get that old account removed from your MY BT. I'll also be able to add a vulnerability marker to your account.
