I'm also having problems accessing my newest account details on my BT account, with it always reverting to the old account. I have spoken with BT and they have closed the old account for billing purposes but it is still the default account for everything else.
Any ideas please?

Sorry you'e having problems accessing your account. If you're not using the BT Cloud and have another email address you could set up an new BTiD and add your new account. If that doesn't suit then we could remove the unwanted accounts for you. I've dropped you a private message if you prefer that route.
