Endless loop trying to claim reward card

Hi ,

I am having exactly the same problem. I keep trying to claim my reward but i seem to be in an endless loop of My BT landing pages with no ability to make the claim. 

I too have 2 accounts appear ( I assume one from our old Line rental for Sky before we moved ) but it says its cancelled when i log in to the other no rewards appear. 

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi @HowardD, thanks for getting in touch. Your reward has now been claimed and will be with you within the next 30 days. 

If you can't find it in your inbox check the spam/junk folder as it may end up in there.
