A few months ago I had full fibre installed and was therefore entitled to 12 months free game pass ultimate. I claimed the offer but it went through with a £10 per month charge which I queried and it got escalated to a specialist team.
On 27th April the issue was resolved and it appeared I finally had the 12 months offer on my account. Now however when I look at game pass on my BT account it is showing the "Add now" button. Does this mean I have lost my 12 months access and it will expire in July, which is the expiry date showing in the xbox app?

Hi @wickesy,
The 12 months free game pass that we add gets updated each month. It basically appears as if it's 12 times 1 month subscriptions rather than a lump sum 12 months.
Did we give you a 3 month free game pass when you contacted our specialist team?
Thanks
DanielS
Hi Daniel,
Thanks for the response. Yes I was advised that Microsoft only allow you to do one month at a time, which is fine and I redeemed a code for one month with no problem.
The problem is I'm sure in my BT account under GamePass Ultimate it previously showed that I had it until April 2024 but now there is nothing to show I already have it, it has gone back to the Add Now stage as though I have never requested it.
Hi @wickesy I'll send you a private message so you can contact the moderation team with your details and we'll get that checked.
Thanks
Neil
Hi @wickesy, the Xbox team has got back to me and confirmed that it doesn't matter that the add no button is showing as it works alongside the link they gave you. So either way and if you've used the link they sent you it will continue for the 12 months.
Cheers
John
