Hi ,
I am having exactly the same problem. I keep trying to claim my reward but i seem to be in an endless loop of My BT landing pages with no ability to make the claim.
I too have 2 accounts appear ( I assume one from our old Line rental for Sky before we moved ) but it says its cancelled when i log in to the other no rewards appear.
Any help would be much appreciated

If you can't find it in your inbox check the spam/junk folder as it may end up in there.
