I am fed up with bt asking numerous times to return equipment I returned in May.
And have an email to say they received it!!
I have phoned 3 or 4 times, each time they say it has been sorted.
This morning I get a text saying I will be charged £50 if I don't return it!
Do I have to go to Martin Lewis or BBC Watchdog to get it sorted?
