Equipment returns

Hello, I have an old BT  Router that needs to be returned. My needs are quite simple - a returns label and a bag. I have spent a very long time on MyBT etc trying to find out how I can get what’s needed - without success. 
can anyone help

Call BT on 0330.1234.150 and ask for one to be sent out to you.

Why bother? My old Home Hub3 which eventually became very unreliable must have been over 10 years old and so I got a much later one from eBay that was brand new for £10 in an online auction. However my HH3 is back in its original box and kept upstairs.

When, in the near future BT send me a Smart Hub 2 as part of their DV changeover I shall just dump that HH3.
