Order placed for Full Fibre 150 upgrade on 14th April, router/equipment being delivered on 6th May.
Appointment slot confirmed as 9th May for upgrade/installation.
Just received a text stating that the appointment was rescheduled to 11th OCTOBER.
This has to be a typo, because that would imply I would be without internet for half a year.
Would someone be able to reach out to me via email or message to confirm that this is a mistake - thanks in advance.
