I'm fairly certain I'm out of contract given price hike I'm sure I can find it cheaper elsewhere so I won't be renewing regardless.
I've logged in to try and check this and I see nowhere obvious to find out this information. Could someone show me where I can find this please.

Hi, @chloeg I'm sorry to see you're thinking about leaving BT. I'd recommend speaking with our loyalty team on 0800 783 1401 they may be able to help you reduce your costs if you agree to a new contract.

I'm sorry I may be missing something but I see no indication of contract end date how does that to an order?
Is it because I'm on mobile I'm none the wiser as to have to find this information out.

To find your contract go to https://www.bt.com/mybt and log in.
Next go to 'Your Products'. If you have broadband click on Manage.
On the next page it should show something like this:
I've taken the above screenshot from my own package.
If there is no contract showing, you might be out of contract.

Ah perfect that's what I was after. I am indeed out of contract and given the offer suggests a whole £5.50 off my bill... I will be looking elsewhere but thank you Daniel.
