I pay £3.23 per month for Family & Friends International but still get charged for calls to France. Why is this?

Hi @Retro440
Friends and family international gives you discounted calls to landlines and mobiles in 236 countries. The calls are still chargeable but at a reduced rate.
International freedom is a different add on that gives you free international calls to landlines in 36 destinations and mobiles in 5 of these countries.
