Received a message saying OPENREACH would be installing my new upgraded broadband today 30/12/2022. Then at 16:15 received another message stating they would now be installing my broadband on the 16/02/2023. As my contract runs out on the 13/01/2023 will i be put on a rolling contract until the new service starts or will i be paying the new amount i agreed when i ordered the upgrade. Customer service was unable to answer the question and told me to wait till the new bill arrives.
I cannot guarantee to be available on the 16/02/2023 for installation as it is 6 weeks in the future.
Your upgraded contract price will only start when your upgrade is activated. Until then it will be current price
