Hiya, got an email out of the blue thanking me for activating game pass subscription.
The issue is I've never asked or opted into gamepass through bt, didn't even realise it was an option.
Can't get through to anyone to find out what's gone on, tried live chat twice but there's only so long I can wait for a reply, over 30 minutes is pushing it.
