I redeemed a Gamepass ultimate subscription 10/10/2022 and it was due to run out til 10/10/23. The subscription is saying it has been cancelled and I have contacted Xbox who say it was only a 2 month subscription and to contact BT. Can someone help me on how to resolve this please as I don’t want to have to pay for it when I am supposed to have it til October this year
The applied Gamepass subscription is typically applied in monthly intervals. If you had a free bundled period it will continue to be applied until it runs out then you can either continue any existing paid time via Xbox directly or sub via BT as you wish.
