We are leaving house on 19 September and we are in process of buying another but we do not have a completion date yet. How do we keep our phone number and email address in the interim period ?
Likely time period is one month gap and we are not on a contract. We have phoneline and broadband.
Tried ringing BT Home move number many times but on hold for long time and no reply.
Hi @JPI318 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. In order to place a home move order to keep your existing services, we need a connection date for your new property, unfortunately, the order can't be placed without a date.
If you set the connection date for one month from when you move out and things change you can amend the order after. You can place the order and make amendments via the home movers webpage.
