i have a same problem, my xbox game pass account is linked to BT/EE, when i bought a redeem code in cdkeys... how i can unlink it?

Welcome to the BT Community and thank you for your post. I have moved your post to start your own thread as the one you had posted on has already been marked as solved.
I am sorry for the problems with your Xbox Game Pass. When you log into your BTID, on the page showing your package overview, you'll see the Xbox Game Pass active; under the content partner section. From there, you're able to manage the game pass and turn off auto-renew. Once auto-renew expires, you'll then have the ability to add the codes.

I understand what you mean. As you purchased this on a third party website and we didn't send you the code as part of a subscription with us; you'll need to contact Microsoft directly. We're unable to help from here I'm afraid.

did you get the code from BT or from a third party and not part of BT promotion
from a third party, not part of BT promotion.
the as mods advised @Marcosfvaz you need to go back to the third party where you purchased code or contact microsoft for help
microsoft cant help me,the hird party where i purchased wont help me.
