Its difficult to read due to the poor resolution, but I think shows an upload range of 0.8mbs to 1.8mbs, but that is only an estimate.
Are you plugged directly into the main incoming socket, and have no other extension wiring, as that can affect the upload speed on VDSL?
There are no other broadband options available to you.
if using BT SH2 can you post the stats from hub manager then advanced settings then technical log information
Engineers fitted latest socket, I'm on the latest everything. They have checked the lines and declared everything is ok.
I'm am resigned to accept nothing more can be done because of the landline limitations. I now want to cancel my Halo3 contract but I can't see where to do this.
You can simply ring up BT to cancel. You will then receive a bill for any cancellation charges, as you are still in a contract.

If you have Halo 3+ then you should have a 4G device as part of that. What speed does that give if you simply unplug the Hub from the master socket?
as @rbz5416 has said, that mini hub is part of your contract, so I suppose you could keep using it until the end of your contract, if it gives a faster speed.
