Had an email on 10/08/22 saying I can now claim my £110 BT Digital Reward
I've clicked the email link to claim the reward but it takes me to a page with no mention of a reward. I've also logged in and looked around the My BT pages but can't see anything.
Am I missing something?

Following your intervention, I had an email from BTcomms on 3/10 titled 'We've sent your virtual rewards card'.
The body of the email says 'We'll send you details on how to access your card in an email shortly.'
According to 'My rewards history' the rewards card was dispatched on 3/10.
Any ideas? I started my BT contract on 10/08 and was told I'd have this within 30 days. I didn't expect to be spending my time chasing.

Hi @Ampthillian, sorry you've still not got your reward.
We use Virtual Rewards and you will receive it via email. If it's not in your inbox check your Spam/Junk folder and see if it has arrived there and let me know how you get on.

Its now 8th November. I've been chasing this rewards card for quite a while now. I was told in August that I'd have it by 10th September! Do I need to escalate this and if so how?
