I have just called BT to cancel my broadband as advised by BT to do. I have moved to 4g on their advice.
The man I spoke to on the phone was so bullying and would not listen or cancel my service despite the notes on my account saying that was what should be done.
I ended the call crying and shaking with no resolution

Definitely raise a complaint and if you see it doesn't completed to your satisfaction you can contact the Communications Ombudsman https://www.commsombudsman.org/how-we-can-help
