If I go into “MY BT” then profile , then account it has another customers address.

If I go into “ MY BT” then profile, then account it has another customers address as the Account holder. It is the same when I go into Bills and usage and then into Bill Settings it has this other customers address and obviously I am not happy about this.

I have been in contact with BT numerous times trying to get this mistake corrected and to date they have failed to do so. They also don’t seem too bothered as they keep quoting that they have the correct address to take payments and the error I’m talking about doesn’t effect them.

BT have told me today it has been corrected but as yet it is not showing as such. This has been going on for a number of weeks all of which they have kept telling me it had been corrected.

Has anyone else had another customers address on part of their account and if so did you manage to get it removed?
