My internet went down. BT advised I needed a new router and ordered one for me. On checking to see the delivery date, I noticed that the order they had placed for me had my old landline numbers against it, from our last house which we left 2 years ago.
Presumably BT know our current number, since they supply it, so does anyone know how I get these old numbers updated and why it just didn't happened automatically when we switched numbers.
