Link to request equipment return bag

Hi, although help text says that return bags can be requested via MyBT, I can't find the link described "you can order one easily by logging into My BT and selecting 'Return equipment' under 'Return your BT kit'. "

If the link is there I will use it if someone can direct me. If it's not, can the text be corrected, and can I request a bag here please?
