Managing both accounts in BTID

I can log in quite easily. The point of my enquiry was that, when logged in, I could only access my landline account and not my TNT Sport account. I finally managed to get online help from BT and was led through setting up a new ID. This done, I can now only access my TN T Sport account and not my landline account. There must be a simple way that I have not discovered of viewing my two accounts in MyBT. If it helps, my BT landline account # is GB******** and my TNT Sport account # is GB********

Thank you for considering my problem.

Hi @jwr9999

Thank you for your post and welcome back!

I am sorry for the problems you're having managing both your accounts on your BTID.  Give our guides in the helpdesk a call on 0330 1234 150 who'll be happy to help you out.

Thanks,

Robbie

Re: Managing both accounts in BTID

@jwr9999 thanks for providing your account details, although you'll see that your post has now been removed as your account numbers shouldn't be shared for everyone to see.

Looking at your accounts, I can see that you have a combination of products that we no longer sell - this is why they cannot exist on the same BT account.  You can add them both to the same BT ID if you want though - simply log into www.bt.com/mybt using the BT ID you created, then select "Your details", then "Account", and then "Add an account".   Once added, you'll be able to switch between the 2 accounts at the top right corner of the page.

Re: Managing both accounts in BTID

@DarrenDev

Thank you for your help. I have followed your guidance and received the message that my second account had been added and that I could now view my bills through MyBT. However, the second account still cannot be accessed. When I click on my first account number at top right, nothing happens.

I am also being told that the account has no user or manager.

It seems to me that my best bet may be to delete my existing ID and start again from scratch. Do you advise this and can you tell me how to delete my current ID?

Re: Managing both accounts in BTID

As your BT ID is new, I don't think deleting and creating new will help.  Could I ask that you please email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk and I'll get a specialist to check what's going on.
