Missing Account

Has anyone else lost their online account information with BT Home?  I'm able to log in and see all my personal info but my bills etc are missing and an error message shows I have no account registered.  I've been using my online account for years.  Can't get hold of any one at BT to discuss.

Are you still not able to see the account information today?

If it is still not showing, have you been able to try a different browser or device at all?

Morning Michael. 

Thanks for the reply.  I have managed to log on this morning from the same device and my account and bills are showing.  

Don't know what happened there.
