Missing Amazon Gift Card

I received this email 6 weeks ago.. My friend received their gift card but mine has not arrived. Any advice? They paid their first  BT bill about 4 months ago

Congratulations – you’ve successfully referred a friend to BT.

******** broadband service is now active. Once they’ve paid their first bill, we’ll email you both a £50  Amazon Gift Card on us within 30 days."
