Moving home

I recently placed an order to move my internet from my current address to my new address. I've then been sent a message saying there will be equipment delivered on 19th (a few days after my move in date). I'm unsure as to what equipment it is because I already have the internet box and don't see what else I would need. Can someone please tell me if I'm misunderstanding something.

do you currently have a SH2 hub and on digital voice?  if not and you are getting broadband and phone in new home then you will be moved to DV and need a SH2

I have an SH2 but I'm not sure what a digital voice is. My package is only broadband. I don't know if that helps.

if broadband only then no bother about DV and your existing Sh2 should work ok

I did ask them on the phone if all I needed to do was just use my existing SH2 and they agreed. So I'm not sure why they're sending me equipment. Do I call again to ask?

Quick update: I called customer service and they let me know the "equipment" it refers to is just a set of instructions rather than any physical bt equipment. Panic over lol.
