Hi,
I seem to have three account numbers on my BT ID Account. Two of the account numbers should be inactive and should also be removed. The one that is active is only showing me the bills section and nothing else. I also get an error message when trying to upgrade my broadband as it defaults to an inactive account number.
Is there a way to remove the two inactive account numbers so that I can use the online section and BT App properly for the one active account.
