Multiple Accounts

Hello, 

I’ve recently subscribed to the BT sports package but I seem to have multiple accounts registered to my profile.

therefore, when I try to manage my new account on MyBT it defaults to my old accounts.

Is anyone able to assist me with this?

Welcome to the BT Community and thank you for your post!

Sorry for the confusion around the duplicate accounts associated to your BTID.  Give my colleagues a call in the helpdesk on 0330 1234 150.  One of the guys should be able to help sort this out for you.
