I have multiple BT accounts which always default to historic accounts when trying to log in. I would be grateful if someone could get in touch to get this resolved.

I contacted the relevant number on Monday 17 December and explained the issue. I was advised this would be raised with the back office team and should be fixed within 24/48 hours. Once completed I was to be texted or emailed. Unfortunately I have not been contacted and whilst I can see there have been some amendments to my accounts I am still unable to successfully navigate to my account using either the app or website.
Any assistance in getting this resolved would be appreciated.
