Multiple Bt Accounts

Hello, I have the same problem, I have an old account with BT that my account logs into and having just joined BT again I can't see anything of my new account order?  Anyone able to help please?

Thank you for posting. I've moved your comment onto its own thread as the last one had been marked as solved. 

If you send me your details, I'll be able to get that old account removed from your BT ID.
