Mum moved in to care, need to cancel.

Hi, my mum has moved to a care home and I need to cancel her contract for broadband, tv and phone package, I have power of attorney and I  normally manage her account and pay the bill, even though  it is all in her name. What is the best way to cancel the package contract?
