My BT account

Hi

I have had BT broadband and line set up since June.

I have been trying to check my bills and package on line using MY BT.

I login alright but it keeps saying 

"Sorry, we cannot get your account details at the moment, we are trying to fix the problem, try later"

How long do I have to wait!!!!!

I have already paid two bills but cannot see these.

Have also complained To BT no joy there.They keep saying it is server issue

can anyone help

As you have already tried contacting BT to get account sorted I have asked forum mods to see if they can help you. They will post here but could take day or so

Hi @home1234, welcome to the forum and sorry you can't access your bills online.

When your logged into your MyBT please click on Settings and Your account and scroll down to check that you are the account holder. If you're not then click on the I should be the Account holder link and follow the steps. 

If you are already the account the account holder let me know and I can help you further.
