Our packages:-
Broadband: Fibre with Halo 1
Landline: Pay as you Go Calling Plan
Current Fixed Cost: £49.62 /Month
I've tried to get more detail on the £49.62 but can't locate it on bt.com
Can anyone advise please, either a URL or perhaps a rough breakdown. Only service I'm using is the BT Cloud but that can go if its proving expensive.

have you looked at billing in MYBT and see if breakdown there
I have, I'll have another look but not hopeful.
Click on Download bill and look at the PDF.
I have, it just shows the single figure.
I have since spoken to customer support who could do nothing because I am in a contract until Dec 2022 with over £300 termination fee if I leave. They could have saved me £10 per month but I would have to recontract. Decided to do nothing to keep my options open. They advised that the breakdown is roughly £20 for the landline and £30 for the BB. £30 for the BB would be quite acceptable but I couldn't drop the LL because of the contract. I pointed out that this wasn't buying a lot of loyalty, they apologised but their hands were tied.
Thanks for the suggestion.
Not sure what figure you are looking for. A broadband package without telephony capability is only marginally cheaper than with, nothing like £20/m. Call packages are add ons to the basic package.
Edit: PAYG is £5/m for the landline
I didn't have a figure in mind really but £50 did seem expensive.
But it appears that BT do offer BB without a landline, so if that's £20 then £30.
Or am I missing something?
https://www.bt.com/products/broadband/deals
Shows all broadband packages are £5/m extra with landline against no landline.

Its not £20, its £5
Sorry for the delay replying.
Thanks for the links, those packages are £30 or thereabouts, why is my package costing £50?
