When trying to log on to MyBT to view my bills I enter my BT id and password but it then just loads the generic BT page
I have tried changing password with no change
I am using the edge browser
Any help?
can you login using app on your phone?

I've now tried on chrome and firefox with the same result
Also is the same on my phone using the BT app
Same here log in. Go to another page have login in again next page log in again.. Set up finger print log in next time I log in it's just same log in per page..
I have this problem as well but when it goes to the BT page I click on view personalised offer where I have to log in again which shows the offers but I can then access MyBT using the drop down menus.
I am using a bookmark for the initial log in.
There is obviously some fault in the system which needs to be rectified.
I have changed my bookmark to my.bt.com/s/apps/appsmybt/#/home put https// at the start. This only needs a single log in to work at the moment.
