I’ve just had an old account removed from MyBT but still cannot access any information on either the MyBT app or logging into my online account, I was promised a call back from a BT agent but unsurprisingly that never happened.

Sorry you're not able to see any details on your BTiD? Can you post a screen shot of the error message you're seeing?
