I have been a satisfied customer for years, no issues.....
I've just ordered BT TV and this has somehow meant my BROADBAND, LANDLINE, everything has been stopped and I'm told I have to wait for three to four days possibly more for the order to complete !!!!
But I already had Broadband !!!
So utterly disappointing, leaving a large gaming family with nothing.
unbelievable and useless service...
Have you thought about getting a 4G or 5G router on a monthly plan? Can't you use a hotspot from a mobile telephone?
Those would be better than "nothing".

I'm really sorry there's been such a mix up with your order. Ordering the BTTV shouldn't have meant you lost your broadband etc. I'd like to take a look at this to try and find out where we went wrong. I'll drop you a private message now so you can get in touch if needed.
