My partner recently passed away and I went online to see about changing the bills into my name going forward. I am listed as both the account manager and the account holder (but bizarrely under different email logins) but I can't see how to change the details on the bill. Is there a moderator on here who can help me?
To make matters more difficult there are also two BTAccounts listed, one is an old, closed account for our old address!

Unfortunately you cannot change the name of the account holder.
