New account not showing properly in MyBT

Hi,

Having come back to BT , my original MyBT account reactivated so i see my old account and the mother-inlaw's ( which we used to help manage).

My new account is listed only in the show my Bill, all other options it doesn't appear only the old closed account.

So i cant manage any services on new account or claim my BT digital reward card

Sorry you're having problems accessing the details. Have all the services been connected and all orders closed?
