My service ended on September 19th, and I haven't received the final bill yet. While waiting for the bill, I've been charged via direct debit, and I received an email stating that I would be charged again next month.
Could you please tell me how to resolve this?

Thanks for posting about your account. The final bill should be with you 7 - 10 working days after the account closes. If you don't receive it get back to me and I'll look into it for you.
